G-885 “Structural Bond” High-Adhesion Waterproofing Agent
G-885 features outstanding bridging capabilities, allowing it to bond effectively with cement and mortar. It can be used as a waterproof filler or blended into waterproof mortar.
Its superior adhesion makes it ideal for filling cracks and holes in concrete walls, and it is perfectly suited for repairing old and new surfaces or securing tile installations.

Recommended Applications:

Repairing cracks between old and new cement surfaces
Areas with tile detachment or bulging issues
Especially suitable for integration with cement mortar mixtures

【Application Steps】

STEP 1 — Surface Cleaning
Use a steel brush or high-pressure water jet to thoroughly clean the surface.
⏰ Proceed only after the surface is completely dry.

STEP 2 — Priming
Apply G-885 directly onto the surface as a wet coat to allow deep penetration.
⏰ Allow the primer layer to dry completely before proceeding.

STEP 3 — Surface Repair
If cracks or holes are present, use G-885 Waterproof Putty or G-885 Waterproof Mortar as needed.

STEP 4 — Waterproof Coating
Apply a thin layer of G-885 Waterproof Cement Liquid.

STEP 5 — Finishing
After full drying, proceed with topcoat painting, skim coating, or tile installation.

STEP 1 — Material Preparation
Pour an appropriate amount of G-885 Waterproofing Agent and mix with cement to achieve the desired consistency.

STEP 2 — Priming & Crack Filling
Clean the surface to be repaired, then apply a layer of G-885 as a primer.
For cracks, inject G-885 directly to enhance waterproofing at the weak points.

STEP 3 — Putty Application
After the waterproof primer has fully dried, proceed with puttying or surface patching as needed.

【Making Waterproof Mortar with G-885】

STEP 1 — Material Preparation
Mix G-885 Waterproofing Agent, cement, and sand in a 1:1:3 ratio. Stir thoroughly until evenly combined.

STEP 2 — Priming & Crack Filling
Clean the surface thoroughly. Apply G-885 Waterproofing Agent as a primer coat.
For cracks, inject G-885 directly to enhance waterproofing at stress points.

STEP 3 — Surface Repair
Once the primer layer is fully dry, proceed with mortar patching or surface repair as needed.

Mix an appropriate amount of G-885 Waterproofing Agent with a small amount of cement.
Apply as a thin surface coating.

G-995 Ultra-Deep Waterproof Essence
Once applied, G-995 penetrates more than 3 cm into concrete, with its waterproofing colloids filling capillary pores to significantly enhance impermeability and sealing performance.
As the surface dries, it forms a flexible, transparent, and weather-resistant protective membrane. Together with the deep-penetrating colloids, it creates a fully integrated waterproofing structure throughout the substrate.

STEP 1 — Surface Cleaning
Use a steel brush or high-pressure water jet to thoroughly clean the surface.
⏰ Proceed only after the surface is completely dry.

STEP 2 — Priming
Dilute G-995 with water at a 1:1 ratio and apply as a wet coat for deep penetration.
⏰ Allow the primer layer to dry completely before proceeding.

STEP 3 — Waterproof Coating
Apply 2 to 3 coats of undiluted G-995 to enhance waterproofing performance.
⏰ Keep the area dry for 3 to 7 days after application to ensure full curing and weather-resistant transparency.
